Anyone have any 1-2 sentence tips that they think would be good to add to our list of tips? Tips get shown while searching for live matches.

I had some here:
http://spryfox.com/forums/topic/write-yo...ng-screen/
Quote:Suggested tips:
– Your first recruit in a game is always a unit you can buy that turn.
– Your focus in the first few rounds should be on resources instead of damage.
– Smaller decks are less random and give more chances of drawing the unit you need.
– Wound and Arrow can be blocked by defense.
– Forest units are often weak to Wound.
– You can change the city for your deck in the deck editor. Everyone gets all cities!
– Find more tips from players on our forums. [ugh how to link to forums in 14 seconds]
– Game running slow? Turn off Special Effects in the Options on the main screen.
– Game running slow? Right-click on the game and turn Quality to Low.
– The weekly tournament resets at Wednesday, 11:59PM UTC.

Interface enhancements for tips:
– Have a button for all tips in the options menu, and have a tip for it.
– Have a button for “next tip”.

-It's a good idea to heal wounded units before they take their turn.

To expand:
- Units with Transform avoid "direct" Wound!

I don't know how to word this in a non-confusing way, and I don't think it applies generally enough.

- Toxic + Healing = counter to Wound

"Toxic units generate attack when wounded, even if it's not their turn."

- Protect your healers!

"Protect your healers by moving them around to avoid enemy arrows."

- Max combos combining the proper units

Changing this to:
"When building your deck, think about your ideal final setup. Don't have too many endgame attackers!"

- It's a good idea to heal wounded units before they take their turn.

"Heal wounded units before their turn so that they can act right away."

-- Protect your healers!

-"Protect your healers by moving them around to avoid enemy arrows."

There's more than moving: Shields on front line, healer that heals next healers... kind of too much explanation for the duration of the tip, isn't it?

Well, just make another tip. But tips don't have to teach everything.

This tip is good because it introduces them to the idea of strategic placement, and the "heal wounded units before their turn" tip introduces them to thinking about turn order. Maybe another tip: Healers even heal units which are wounded during their heal action.

Front defense isn't as generally applicable, and this tip covers "healers that heal healers".

Apologies for a grammar post but I noticed a new tip just now about 'units that have alluded you'- should be eluded.
