Locked Until after Act 1 bug

Even though the campaign is completed, I can't use Crystal and Wood resource units. I believe a certain trigger is not activated in my account, caused by some update. Admins, could you please log into my account and fix that issue?
   
This happens both when Editing armies and exchanging units

I'm having this problem, too. I cannot see any units that cannot be hired with Gold due to this bug. It makes the game unplayable since so many cool units require crystals and/or wood (not to mention the quests that require it!)

The dev fixed this issue for some people before, but he hasn't been seen on this forum in quite a while...

Thanks for the update, though. Do you know if there were user-reproducable steps that can be taken to fix it, or if it has to be done on the back-end?

Yes, the best way to get this and other issues resolved is to email our support address (support@heartshapedgames.com). Please provide your game nickname, login email, and detailed description of the problem.

I am currently having this issue, and have been for about a month. I bought a significant number of units, and cannot access any of them because of it.

I emailed the support@heartshapedgames.com address about two weeks ago and never received a response. I just sent an email to the contact@heartshapedgames.com address in hopes of better luck.

I love the game, and it's very irritating to be locked out of it like this.
