ACCOUNT GONE ? HELP...

Where is my account gone. I cant log in, I use YAHOO GAMES and  everytime I try open hg it tells me to enter a new nickname...'.'   I cant log in anywhere else because Yahoo auto signs in and I dont think theres a set password. I know my username CELINA82384

thanks, have already done that and waiting on a response. Anyone know what may be causing this. recently installed windows update and ran chrome cleanup tool prior to getting locked out.

would hate to have to start the game over from scratch especially arfter purchasing over 20 booster packs
